A first class hotel, situated 10 minute walk from torquay central(a lovely walk through the park)this is a lovely hotel very well run by exellent hosts we will return in the near future.

Friendly, welcoming owner and clean, well equipped room with thoughtful extras including fan, individual water bottles and Humbugs! Plenty of spare bedding if needed.

Hotel on busy main road - not able to leave windows open on hot summer's night. Room was narrow making it awkward to walk around bottom of the bed to get to either tea/coffee making facilities or bathroom/wardrobe/exit. Duvet too thick for summer night.

We stayed just for one night but would have liked it to have been longer. The owners were very welcoming and the rooms were lovely. There were many extra thoughtful touches in the bedrooms. Everything was just perfect.

Lovely hotel with very clean rooms. Good location and friendly owners.
