Lovely hotel, beautiful location.

Excellent customer services. We particularly booked this hotel as it allowed our dog to stay - there was even a dog blanket, bowl and biscuits in the room - brilliant.

Old world charm with up-dated amenities

Beautiful building and grounds. Off the beaten path. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. .

Wireless internet reception in our room a bit poor but really didn't need it anyway.

Nice relaxing stopover, and if possible ask for room 8 with great views!

Excellant period hotel with good food (not too much, not too little), helpful staff, free glass of bubbly on arrival!

We stayed at the hotel as we were attending a wedding in Lampeter the next day. We had a lovely evening, it was relaxed and the food was excellent. Although the room upstairs disturbed us slightly, we still managed to wake up feeling refreshed. The breakfast times were great as it meant we managed to have a lie in, sometimes this is not possible in other hotels!

The room was airy, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was of excellent quality. The room was peaceful and we felt we had benefited from such a relaxed atmosphere. Rarely do we manage such a good night's sleep on the first night away from home! There was a lovely lounge area just off our room and the couple we stayed with and us made the most of the area and spent the evening sitting and talking there, it really felt like we were in our own living room, just not as grand!!
