Very pleasing

Very clean, well situated, spacious. Staff very helpful

Breakfast was disappointing...packets of ham, cheese and croissants put on counter.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place, it made our trip all the more pleasant as it felt like home from home. Will definitely use Fraser Place Hotels again.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only bad point was when people tried to contact us by phone. One person was told we had checked out (only half way through our stay) and another person kept being put on hold rather than put through to our room. We found it easier to use our mobiles.

Really need air con during the warmer months (too noisy to open windows) and would be loathe to stop again during the summer

Spacious and well designed. Reception/cafe service excellent.

No air conditioning, no milk to make a drink in the room and apartment stank of curry.

Would not pick hotel again as far away from the restaurants and bars. supposed to be a 4-5 star but i would say no more then 3 star. very clean but we stayed for 3 nights and it cost us ����15 just to have towels changed! Cost over ����500 for 1 bedroom apartment for 3 nights though it was nice it was not that nice.

Clean and modern

no facilities expensive bar, not over helpful or friendly staff. Poor location, no free parking even though room price high enough,

We made an excellent choice of accomodation. It was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Modern surroundings and near to all ameneties. Accomodation provided everything necessary for great stay. I would recommend this to anyone.

It was spacious and modern with a great view of the O2 Arena and River.
