If special price continues I would definitely choose to stay here again as staff were so friendly and the hotel clean and comfortable.

Very friendly staff who made us feel welcome.Nothing was too much trouble.Price of room was cheaper than nearby travelodge and included a cooked breakfast which travelodge does not.

convenient to find, room clean

poor parking facilities, at the time of booking we were unaware that there was a wedding reception being held there, resulting in disrupted sleep due to noisy guests. The family room was just a pull down double bed which then consumed all the space and was unable to use the dresser unit. The shower was v. low pressured and the hot water wasn't v hot at all. We had room service in the morning and the breakfast was cold, obviously we weren't expecting it to be boiling hot but cold was not acceptable, also certain cutlery was missing ie no spoons to eat your cereal with!

Enjoyable

Pleasant room, good breakfast. Staff friendly and courteous. Position of room was such that despite a lively wedding reception, noise disturbance was minimal.

No lift!

very clean and friendly,but over price on the rooms.Chef needs to take some hygiene courses and use meat that is fresh.

Hotel very clean,and staff was very friendly.

Restaurant!!!Had to send a meal back as it was clearly gone off you could even smell it,when brought back out it was just slapped on the plate,don't think it had been changed.very disappointed as the chef did not apologise and could not eat the meal.

Will stay here again

Everything was well worth our stay at the hotel. Staff were very pleasant, service excellent, cleanliness excellent.
