nice enough. but, didn't tempt us to stay again

great area, nice and quiet. very polite staff

ALL of the staff are foreign [not english] which caused a great deal of confusion and mistakes were made due to this. we were very disappointed with the quality and size of the meal considering the price we were charged. we would advise eating out.

Overall a very pleasent stay, staff very helpful for central London hotel..

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location for our purpose.Breakfast was very tasty and hot (which is not always the case in hotels!).

Very comfortable with a good view of the Natural History Museum.

Room was a little on the small size but as we were only staying one night it wasn't a problem.

Quite pleasant stay. Very friendly staff. Receptionist inexperienced in verifying and processing credit card. Scaffolding and building work did not improve comfort or light in to the room.

Space for clothes in a small room. Imaginative decor.

Very poor mattress. hard and sloped to one side. Curtains cords broken so curtains wouldn't close.
