Pleasant expeience.

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good central location easily walkable from Victoria station.

Breakfast was rather bland, not much choice and no fresh fruit.

Good

Very friendly and helpful staff; continental breakfast included including filter coffee; comfortable bed; complimentary bottled water

slightly shabby (though didn't bother us, in fact made me feel more at home); towels changed after one day's use - seemed unnecessary, except that there wasn't anywhere to hang them where they would dry. (Bathroom was very small)

I would stay there again...in a back room

Charming place, staff was wonderful

construction right outside our room. We were affected by the dust. We changed rooms after the first night....our room was in the front on the street side...too noisy

It was good, excellent and clean bedroom, reception staff too slow. Hotel need to do something about their breakfast room. Would stay at the hotel again, but would not have breakfast there.

Very big room newly refurbished and very close to Victoria.

Had to cancel 2 days of my stay to go to another hotel as I went there to get some rest and see some scenery of London. Workmen working at the hotel early in the morning. The breakfast room too small and you have to wait for a very long time before you get a seat to eat breakfast.

Ok

Good Value for money. Excellent Location. right Next to Victoria Coach and Tube Station.

Breakfast.. Not enough Tables for all the guests. Had to share a table with strangers.
