Disappointing

Branded hotel, amenities

Noisy room, charges for room service differed on room literature compared to desk cost. Retaurant was slow, surfaces of tables smeared, cutlery unclean. Over priced for the quality.

The staff where excellent, The large coloured gentlman who greated us for breakfast was perticulary frendly

We had a very pleasant stay at the Glasgow Marriott - we were seven work colleagues on business and found the hotel a quiet haven in a busy city. Staff was very well trained and friendly, responding promptly to all our requests. Check-in and -out were both effincient. Booking confirmation stated that breakfast was not included - very happy to be informed at check-in that breakfast was included anyway.

Very nice staff - all very efficient and friendly. Nice room with huge bed and 6 pillows for one person! Well stocked bathroom.

Refridgerator did not work. Floor heating in bathroom would have been nice.

Fantastic. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very pleasant staff and environment. Clean and comfortable.

Queue for breakfast was extremely long at around 10.00am. No low fat spread at Breakfast. Pretty minor really.
