It was satisfied stay.

Good environment

- Although Wireless LAN was going down at last day, hotel staff looks like no responsibility and no refund was given.- Room is relative small- There is no spoon at the coffee/tea making set.- Good meal at hotel restaurant

Overall my stay was fine (I only required 1 night & dinner). But would not stay again because of the standard of the food

I felt that the food in the restaurant did not reach the same standard as the rest of the hotel. My steak (medium rare) was stringy & tough (& also required a surcharge).

We enjoyed the stay and the wedding reception. Function rooms were good as was the food and service. We did not use the room service but it did look quite expensive.

Nice spot and staff were friendly and efficient.Breakfast was good.

Quite expensive for what was available. We thought that although the rooms were clean and tidy that they were beginning to look a bit tired.

Very enjoyable, especially as we able to bring with us our much loved black labrador. It is so nice to be able to stay in a good hotel who welcomes guests with pets

Very Good. I might come back for the restraunt alone!

The Restraunt was bloody fantastic!The meal was the best for many years. Truely, truely excellent food

the plug in the wash basin in my bedroom would not stay closed, so I could not fill it with water
