Fine.

Comfortable room, clean and neat. VERY friendly staff.

The cost was way too high but it was August in Edinburgh - to be expected. Also, location was not as advertised - not close enough to center of town.

Great value for money. Lovely comfortable City Centre hotel, right next to Haymarket Station, great transport links. A great antidote to souless travel inn's!

too many inadequacies in the room-balcony door impossible to lock - -poor tv connection-no toilet paper-no complimentray toiletries-poor privacy (could hear everything in hallway)

Very good staff, who were all charming and efficient. Very good value room, and thanks for letting us have the dog in with us. We will stay again

Good hotel for the price we payed, I would be happy to stay again for the money.

Good breakfast for the price we payed, all ways full after it, nice to be able to help your self to tea coffee juice and cerials as well as have cooked made for you. Good to be given main door key as door locked after 11pm but did not matter as we where given key to keep so we could come back late after a evening out and still get in. Very nice chap taking breakfast orders.

shame there was no mushrooms for brekfast as we dont eat meat. heating on a timed system so room got a little cold at non peak times. Wonderfull bar for type of hotel but never a sole in it. (prob not hotels fault). Our room was next to kitchen so we was woke up every morning at around 6.30am by staff and plates banging in the morning.
