Excellent service from staff, quality of food.

room was very tired, too hot with little ventilation, room was not worthy of a 4star hotel

Enjoyable, clean and satisfactory

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton and would stay again and recommend this to my friedns and family

Only that the staff at breakfast were a tad slow at getting you tea and coffe, but this was a very small issue, if you could even call it a issue.

Lovely hotel in a great location with some great staff such as the maitre-d at breakfast, however, service at breakfast was not great and the mini-bar issue really annoyed me.

Great view, nice room, good location

Kept getting charged for mini-bar despite not even touching it on one occasion! I think guests should be able to remove contents & use the fridge without fear of having to battle over the removal of incorrect charges! Also had to wait until after eating breakfast to be offered tea!

Very nice location,nice hotel but woudld be wary of booking again due to quality of the rooms on offer. i feel that the hilton need to spend some time and money on referbing the rooms that need it.

Staff were very helpfull and polite.public areas of the hotel are in the main faultless.

we stayed in a family room which had a very poor outlook and smelt of damp, felt let down by the quality of the room, especially when paying good money for a two night stay.
