Cleanliness of hotel was good.

Every item used incurred an extra cost. The price of ��17.95 for self service breakfast was extortionate.Staff were unaware of pricing of extras, and gave misinformation.

Though staff tried to solve heating problems, the experience sadly very much marred our stay.

Staff, their welcome and helpfulness.

On 2nd day room heating failed. Room became very very cold. We were provided with 2 convector heaters. TV remote very temperamental, room kettle had to be manually operated_ it would not boil if left to iteself.

Very pleasant - we're about to book again.

Very good room with all necessities. Gorgeous, spacious bathroom.Very quiet considering it was in the centre of the city.

Oh dear,what can I say. Not good

My online booking was not recognised by the hotel staff ( my room was not booked)I found the first member of staff very rude, stating that my she had never seen anything like my copy confirmation booking form and told me at least 4 times that the hotel was fully booked. At least a senior member of staff was a bit better trained she somehow found us a room ( I don't know how when it was fully booked only 2 mins previous) but alas it had no heating and no shower door.

too few staff at check in/ check out,also not sure if it gives a good impression that the young lady checking us in chews gum at the same time. did not bother me but may others
