Excellent staff and service. Good breakfast. Clean. onsite parking.

Hotel was well worth money.

being told at end of stay VAt was to be added to bill an Extra ��50 which i now have to collect from colleagues. Complete price should be put on confirmation form not when leaving.

Hotel was very clean

The staff were not aware of our reservation and were treated with dis-respect. Very rude and challanging suggesting we hadnt paid and there may not be room for us to stay. When i had confirmation in a printed email and i was aware I had paid. The manager spoke down to us and was very rude, another guest suggested this to who over heard this conversation. I was most upset and would not stay there again on prinicple what was a relaxing weekend away was a night mare. When the conformation was confirmed the manager didnt have the decency to come and apologise to me she sent another member of staff until I challanged her myself. The rooms air conditioning wasnt working and it was extreemly hot.
