We loved the hotel. The size of the room was much larger than we have come to expect in London. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, the restaurant and location on the Thames. The staff worked hard to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We would definitely come again.

Lovely rooms. AC did not work properly in room but staff moved us to another room for second night. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff were helpful and seemed eager to make our staff a pleasure. Van to and from the tube made getting around easy. We would love to come again.

It sounded as if one or more of the buildings could improve on the AC performance.

good hotel, good staff, food was very good. Hotel had a good shuttle service to the nearest tube.

Suited the purpose. Would have been less happy if staying for more than one night. Staff were not geared up for a large group of people attending a local event ( concert at O2 arena ). A bit more thought could have made the stay much more anjoyable.

Did not know there was a free bus to the bus/tube station, this was a wonderful suprise and made the whole stay so much better than expected.The purpose of our stay was to attend the Bon Jovi concert at the o2. When we enquired how to get their the receptionist shrugged her shoulders. In future I antisipate a huge number of guests using your hotel for other shows. Training the staff re the o2 would be sensible. I also have to say that the bus driver who should have work at11pm should be commended for returning several times after this deadline to collect all the Bon Jovi fans. Maybe a larger bus should be commissioned and even a bus from door to door would make the whole experience perfect.
