Once checked in it was very pleasant.

Good hotel once they had made my booking and sorted out the mess made by Active hotels

The hotel had no trace of the booking from Active Hotels and it took 45 minutes for them to find me a room as they were fully booked. A very frustrating experience!

We were very happy with the hotel and spoke of staying there again next time we are in London.

good size room and good size bathroom, room nicely decorated in nautral colours, very comfortable beds, room was warm as it was winter and room was very clean and well stocked with hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee etcHotel staff very polite and friendly.

There was confusion between Priceline and the Hilton Green Park about paying in advance, causing a lot of inconvenience, because various staff members didn't seem to know the procedures. I was told I couldn't pay in advance over the phone, and needed to complete a third party credit card authorisation form if I wanted to pay with a card that I couldn't bring with me in person for my stay. I did this, but then it materialised that payment had already been taken from the credit card with which I originally reserved the room.
