Overall disappointing, booked a Hilton because I expected a guaranteed standard of accomodation and care - sadly lacking in this hotel.

Having trouble thinking of any ! The poached eggs at breakfast were excellent.

It took 4 attempts to get a quiet room where sleep was possible - very loud generators outside 1st room, 2nd room - still generator noise and staff unloading what sounded like metal beer kegs into a compound outside window at approx. 1-30am. 3rd room-ventilation unit from golf club on roof causing continuous humming/droning in rooms and corridor. 4th room - peace at last ! Standard of cleanliness was very basic,was basin overflows grubby, mirror corners caked with dust, black mould around some baths, dust on top of bedside light fittings and headboards, plastic bits from new clothing packaging still on floor from previous guests.

We had a warm welcome, the staff we can not commend highly enough for their pleasant and helpful dispositions. The facilities are excellent with the Golf Course being welcoming to the beginner as well as the established, whilst maintaining a high standard of golf etiquette. The bedroom was clean and inviting, the bed and pillows comfortable, the food delicious and the leisure and pampering areas also welcoming. The surrounding area is just there to explored as far a field as you want to go. We would happily return.

The Staff at the Hotel were very warm and helpful from the Reception to the Golf shop, Restaurant, Bar, leisure facilities and the night reception too. The Hotel was clean, friendly, spaceous with good decor and places to explore and relax.

A large wedding party 'spilled' over into the public area too much despite having their own area and the late ending to the evening reception was unwelcome when the music was so loud between 11pm to 12.30am with our room above it !!

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding, everything was great! All staff were friendly and welcoming, offering assistance with kids etc.

Room was available for early check in as requested. Cot was already in bedroom with additional bedding and towels provided. Breakfast was superb!!

Room not ideal for toddlers, we booked a room for a toddler and was provided with a cot etc. however we were provoded with a disabled ready room, lots of emergency cords everywhere, so I had to watch him nonstop. Also big post toilet with no lid, not ideal with an inquisitive toddler!

staff very helpful and standards very good

we booked a 2night stay but the hotel only had us as a 1night stay so caused a few problems on the second morning but took 1hr to sort it out.it was very difficult to under stand what the waitresses were saying due to them being foreign and they spoke very little english badly.The evening 3course meal on the second night took just over 2hrs which was due to the hotel being full,it would have been akward if we had arranged to go out.

Total satisfaction brilliant Hotel would reccomend

Excellent staff. Breafast good. Hotel pool superb. Overall this is a top class Hotel.
