No problem

Clean, new, everything worked.

First room we were given was occupied - security issue (there was a notebook there). Car park seems to fill up early; shops/restaurants too far to walk.

good, just the bar staff

rooms clean and well laid out

the bar staff were terrible, didn't give any or correct change, snatched money, didn't know who was next.

Suited our purpose exactly

Excellent location for the purpose of our trip to the Rose Bowl. Excellent value for money

Some more seating in room would make it more comfortable

Good location would certainly use again

Unfortunately the staff's english on reception was very difficult to understandalthough they were friendly perhaps more training needed in this area
