Very good. Perfect for an overstay stay.

Nice room, good facilities, perfect for the type of stay we needed. Clean, pleasant and stylish. Polite, helpful staff.

Creaky floorboards and shower/bathroom fan a little noisy when you switched the fan on.

relaxed but classy hotel, looks good. would stay again

great room, good facilities, bar open late, freebies etc

mic and match decor in some places from the old persona (cottage hotel?) somebody needs to take the old sign down and repaint. limited parking

Very good- we'll go back.

Friendly, helpful staff. loved the fridge with complimentary drinks in the room and newspapers in the lounge. Very near the Minster and town centre too.

Perhaps room could have been a litle bit cleaner

Overall we thought this hotel was value for money.

Small but nice hotel only a short walk from the centre of York.

En-suite bathroom was slightly grubby/dated compared with the bedroom. Our room was at the front of the hotel which was nice but the main road was quite noisy.

Very pleasant

Excellent breakfast options. Good facilities in room.

The room was at the top level and water pressure to the shower was a bit low.
