Superb accomodation and brilliant staff who were so helpful and friendly, helped give us a highly enjoyable stay and we could not have chosen anywhere better to stay to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday.

Superb accomodation with high class facilities. Very central location. Staff were brilliant and the kind assistance of Michael in helping us to sort out a mistake which we had made with our booking was greatly appreciated. The girl on our check out date on 3 April again could not have been more helpful - the friendliness of the staff contributed greatly to a very enjoyable family break. We'll definitely be back.Many thanks.

the apartment was very roomy

we were advised when making original booking that there was onsite parking, there was but this was at an additional charge...also the use of the swimming pool was at an additional charge - I feel that this apartment should not be advertised with "pool" as this is neither convenient or included in the cost.

If staff had been more flexible and without the credit card fee this is the perfect place to stay in central Glasgow!

Central location in Glasgow.

Reception staff was not very helpful and they charge you an extra 2.5% to pay by card. It took us more than a day to get the baby cot that was promised already at check-in.
