General atmosphere in the Hotel was good.Breakfasts were very good.

I rang the hotel before visit to say I had a Disabled person with me and what parking facilities for such. I was told to go to the recommended Car Park. For loading and unloading this was not acceptable,directions to the car park were poor and this sytem of phoning to book parking was also very poor.Why does the Hotel not give you a parking ticket to display in the Car and you pay or otherwise the hotel.I would not recommend this hotel for any one with a disability travelling by car.

Very good.

Very clean and well presented hotel. Easy to access from the main train station

Hard to understand the level of english spoken by some of the reception staff

Loved it. Cardiff (where I'm from) Ibis doesn't have such great reviews so was a bit hesitant when booking this hotel but now would def book again.

overall a very pleasant stay in a lovely hotel, once the area is fully developed will be a lovely area.

clean hotel, friendly welcoming staff, room well proportioned and comfortable.

some hangers for the wardrobe would have been nice.
