generally not too bad but a little more information about the facilities at the hotel should be in the rooms. location very good.

Clean

Only one receptionist was working on check so had to wait quite a while, only one of the two lifts was working so it had to service 14 floors and took a long time to arrive every time it was required.

Excellent location - near to Wembley Stadium.Basic room but very clean.

Clean

single bed in room very uncomfortable and air conditioning went off during night making the room very hot.Not enough bar staff on duty and they ran out of certain dirnks

Really good - only issue was that of above - no hot cooked breakfast

Room and Staff excellent

Would have prefered a hot cooked breakfast in the morning
