the stay would have been perfect if it wasnt forb that awful bed

good value for money clean and nice staffclose to albert hall

one bad point but an extremely important one.bed was terrible really uncomfortable and pillows as thin as wafers.didnt sleep well

This is was a leisure stay as we attended a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again.

Would have liked more bar/eating options but that would not prevent us from a return visit.

I stayed for 1 night. This hotel is very convenient to the Royal Albert Hall. When I tried to check in at noon, one of the receptionist was very abrupt in her manner, stating that check-in is 2pm. When I returned to check-in at 2pm, the room wasnt ready. I explained that this was not acceptable. She didnt apologise and was rude in her dealings with me. The other receptionists were more than helpful. The room itself was fine, although the decor is rather dated. The view from the window was dreadful- it looked into a wall. I wouldnt stay in this hotel again.

We were upgraded to a Superior Twin room, so appreciated the extra space. The bathroom warmth was appreciated on a very cold night.

The stair carpet on one stair near our room was loose and could be a hazard.
