very pleasant

very helpful staff, clean rooms

lack of breakfast facilities is unfortunate ,hooks needed in bathroom, nowhere to hang wash bags etc.

This was a hassle-free experience, just what we needed to get on with the work in hand

We were let in before official check in time. The room was serviced very efficiently, and everything was very clean.

OK for a short break.

Comfortable, clean, adequately appointed for the price, close to town centre and railway station for e.g. Cambridge, London and Stansted Airport.

Only bad points were outside, namely noisy traffic(if you are not used to it) and late-night revellers from local clubs.

I chose the Lodge as it was very near my relatives who live in Bishop's Storfordand unfortunately could not put me up due to building works at their home. However, I have watched with interest the building of the cabins every time I havebeen in B'sS. I was really excited about staying there, but I felt that the cost for asingle traveller was excessive for room only accommodation and not value for money.

Excellant beds and good standard of linen.Very good size of bathroom in cabin 6

Carpet in need of cleaning as well as seat cover at desk. Bedroom furnitureof inferior quality. Bed side light too far up the wall and necessitates getting outof bed to turn off light.Floor in bathroom, although of excellant quality, was is need of cleaning.Bathroom bin not emptied after previous guest and not emptied until 3rd day.

Would not use Travel Lodge again. Next time in area will use an airport hotel for ��20 extra.

Was quick and easy to check in. Was handy location.Had nice bathroom.

Poor standard of cleanliness in room. Carpet stained. Dirt on Quilt.Very dirty chair. Door cant be locked from inside and is accessed by a code from outside.

Altogether a good place to stay, close to the station and lots of local amenities.

Clean, well kept, serviced daily, room decent sized.

Close to a busy nightclub at weekends so expect to be woken up and kept awake for a couple of hours on Friday and Saturday nights.
