Lovely room and great facilities

Poor check in, booking had not been altered despite my speaking with reservations 4 weeks previously, wrong room rate on key card. Breakfast times not explained

good barbecue, good service at the bar, personnel: polite, confortabe armchairs at the bar, cosy light.

Would stay again

Lovely, clean, modern hotel - facilities excellent.

Other guests noisy in the early hours (ie, doors slamming etc). Breakfast (separately paid for) could have been warmer.

convenient and quiet

initially given a double bedded room instead of a twin.
