Terrible

The hotel aqdvertises that it was 4 star. This was not the case when we arrived.Our bedroom was so small that we had no room for our luggage. No fridge. My wife had to step over me to get out of bed.We had two attempts to get a reasonable room. Had to end up getting 2 single beds.

Hotel very central; unusual having to pay pool extra, but I suppose acceptable. Should be made obvious in internet. Also breakfast price misleading in internet (plus service, ie nothing like 13.50 BP )

friendly staff, very helpful concierge when groups are not just in the process of arriving or leaving.

Single room definitely not 4* quality: missing room fridge, mirror lighting etc. Very unusual climbing over bed to open curtains in a room for 113 BP
