Not suitable for a family, suitable for maybe a 1 or 2 nights for a solo.

Clean, comfortable bed

Very family-unfriendly, no fan in one of the rooms, there was insects mainly because the bedrooms was on the ground floor, we received a letter saying that the room was in a mess (well I'm sorry then why do you have housekeeping for).

Did not find value for money. Overall not a great experience.

Raj was a great bar tender, good conversationalist. Helped with the Internet connection. Female front desk staff friendly and helpfull. Room and bed was very clean, toilets very clean.

Blinds did not work, Light streamed in, requested for it to be fixed but not done. No Fan provided during hot days. Male (East European) Senior front desk staff was very arrogant and did not make me feel welcome.

I would rate my oveall stay as a very good experience.

facilities and location were excellent

reception staff could be a bit more welcoming. The breakfast was expensive, especially as I did not have a full english.

Good location. Quiet and could sleep well.

Customer service was not that great. The room and bathroom were extremely small and I had difficulty having a proper shower.

Huge disappointment

staff generally unfriendly and not helpfulvery dark, small, unattractive roomshower did not work properly, bathroom vent did not work, safe out of order

funky modern hotel very impressed

easy booking, value for money and friendly accomodating staff
