We had a great time in our first visit to York and the lady who checked us into the hotel was lovely and very helpful to us.

Your staff were wonderful, extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. An asset to your company. Breakfast was good quality and very enjoyable.

Not much storage room in the bathroom for overnight toilet bags. A lift for elderly people to the upper floors would be helpful but I can't see where you could fit one in.

Good experience, central for sightseeing the second day. Bed comfortable!

Good situation, room adequate for our needs. Food reasonable

We enjoyed our stay but one member of staff got off on the wrong foot when we arrived by not asking us who we were. When she knew that she understood that we had arranged to check-in early as we had to be at a do. She didn't apologise for her mistake and was quite abrasive.
