Good

Great location, big rooms, fairly priced, very attractive building

No fridge in room, far too hot in room, could do with an update. No good kids menu options

Room availability. Shabby chic was a bit too shabby and the attention to detail was lacking.

The noise we experienced the first night caused us to be moved into a smaller room (for which we were not charged).

The staff were very friendly and accomodating - always willing to help and make sure our stay was comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Whilst the bathroom was very clean, we did not like the fact that there was carpet in the bathroom. Also the water in the shower was only luke warm and not hot enough.
