We had a happy time

The staff were friendly and efficient

I have a thing about showers. The nozles on the shower head were partly blocked. Although raised with the housekeeper a visit from the maintenance man did not improve the performance of the shower. It is so important to regularly clear the nozzles on all the shower heads in the hotel. I am quite sure that I would not have been the oly guest that had this problem - it is a common one in most hotels. There should be no excuse for this at a hotel of the status and quality of L'Horizon.

Absolutely superb in every respect. This is the 1st time I've been able to write a review like this..... Well done !!

Everything was perfect, the room had a superb view over the bay, the food was excellent and staff very friendly.

Room was very warm even with the heating off but this was easily remedied by opening the balcony doors.

The views from the hotel were totally amazing and the bay itself is very clean as is Jersey. Would recommend staying. Anything you need to know is on their website and they are quick to answer e-mails with any questions.

The hotel staff were very accomodating and the hotel itself was beautiful. Very much like to come back and stay.

We didn't have a sea view, and the all wires behind the TV (showing). Although this would not put us off staying again, its the only negative comment I can think of.
