Not bad, but I would be very careful to check my bill in future

Nice location. Excellent and knowledgeable barman

Air conditioning in room was hopeless. You automatically billed us for a contribution to a charity. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR. Great wine selection but your prices were absurdly high

Some things were very disappointing for a hotel of this rating. It felt rather greedy and over-rated but staff were very pleasant

Pleasant staff

Steam room out of order. Told that internet available in room but connection unusual and they did not have cable that worked with usual laptops so I could not use internet which is important for my business.Sunday night we came back at 9pm intending to have meal in the bar but discovered that dspite hours told on Friday evening it was closed.A note through the door in the morning would have been useful. We ordered a glass of red wine in another bar from menu where price was

Served it's purpose of overnight accommodation with a swimming pool.

Good sized bedroom, comfortable bed.Decent breakfast

Bar food excessively over priced & only available in a room full of children.Tea making equipment inaccessible.
