On the whole a very pleasant stay

Great good sized gym, Nice bar and restaurant with very pleasant staff

No hotel car park but reasonable priced carparks near by so not too bad

My stay, although brief was good and I would stay there again.

The staff at reception were very professional with excellent customer service skills.

in my opinion still the best hotel in sheffield

1 of leisure facilities not working, internet not working, paper not delivered, not all channels working ask described, volume control in bathroom not working
