because of the bad breakfast experience alone we would not stay here again. plus no view from our room and no shelve space in the bathroom

nice bedding and pillows. put us in larger room at check in this was very nice

breakfast buffet was way over priced, for the money we paid for basic breakfast of medium to poor quality food we could have had a deluxe brunch at the nicest hotel in Chicago that includes beef carving station, dessert table, chef prepared omelets and eggs to order. I have never paid so much for so little, the kids ate maybe a bowl of cereal, they should have been free.

as always, staff care makes memorable stays and Millenium have given such a stay. The excelent Club Room priveleges are supreme.

front staff particularly attentive,quick to facilitate unloading of rented vehicle and holding it prior to Avis return after stressful drive.Examined damaged wing and pionted out that acceptance form carried damage entry from previous renter, wonderful.
