Convenient for our purpose.

Good space, good beds, well working bathroom, dishwasher and washing machine. quick fetching of toilet paper by the staff when we were out. Close to the city center.

The apartment didn't feel clean.Dirty floor, cereal in sink, not dusted on the window sills, dishes left in the dishwasher. The doors in the rooms slammed shut loudly. We could also hear the doors in other apartments slam.

Excellent value for money as apartment was centrally located and was fully equipped with integrated kitchen, plasma tv/dvd, iron/ironing board, hairdryer etc etc. Despite comments made on other reviews, our apartment was very clean and we were all very pleased. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

As good as the pictures on the website but could have done with a thorough clean. Good value especially as a substantial breakfast was included at a nearby restaurant. Definitely worth staying here when visiting Liverpool.

Excellent location, good size apartment, both booking staff and hotel staff very helpful and friendly, good modern decor, free wireless access, comfortable beds, good price

Really could have done with a thorough clean, bathroom floor was sticky, blinds were filthy, kettle had some kind of growth in it, hot water went off and the boost didn't seem to work and tv wasnt working as coaxial cable was missing.

Overall impression good apart from a few blips. The location was really good and the fact that Tesco was beside us was a definite plus for late night bits and pieces.

Cleanliness, central location.

Noise when windows open. Rarely saw any front of house staff if we required help. Also in two bed apartment only 3 cups, plates etc. When i went to pay bill, i was told it had already been deducted from credit card. Wasn't impressed with this. If I had any problems the amount had been deducted and I had no redress as no managers on duty at weekend, we were told.

decor a little grubby could pay more attention to the cleaning
