We had a fantastic stay and we will definately return in the future

Room was as described with excellent views across to lake Windermere. We had the option of breakfast in our room which we did. We also made use of the patio which had the same views. Owner and staff were very friendly.

Only two points to make and that was the missing ceiling light and one with no bulb which made the room a little dull in the evening, and the property is at the top of a steep hill which means you have to use the car to go into town if you are not very mobile and parking could be a problem at high season.

A lovely welcome was followed up throughout our stay by the owner and staff who are pleasant and polite and looked after us extremely well.

A well furnished guest house, clean, warm,with all equipment working and a smashing breakfast served by pleasant chatty staff.

Friendly staff, excellent facilties, beautiful views, really close to town, clean and friendly really enjoyed our stay will be booking to go here again.
