All information was to hand when booking online so there was no hidden surprises.

Very comfortable, quiet with all essential amenities, TV, Internet readily available.

Lack of more economical car parking?

the room was very clean and tidy the staff were fantastic i hope to return next year and would recomend this hotel many thanks for a trouble free stay

well presented and clean

noise from accomadation above running water and using the loo

Hotel was clean, comfortable and there was no noise disturbance from the air traffic. Convenient for the NEC. Would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable.

Parking was expensive.
