Excellent hotel and excellent staff. It's just a pity that Kent lost at Edgbaston!!

Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful and the barman in the bar was excellent and handled our small complaint very well. He is a real asset to your hotel. Breakfast was excellent and restaurant staff really very good.

Our only complaint was that the bread served with our meal was a garlic bread and we asked for some plain white or brown bread. The bread basket was replaced but with another type of bread which was even worse than the first. We never did get any plain bread, but the barman was very apologetic and handled our comments very well.

The friendly atmosphere, the friendly politeness

Not having proper pillows or a mini fridge.

overall it was a pleasant stay with no problems would stay there again

the bed was absolutely brilliant

the room was to hot
