Overall good.

Clean room. Friendly staff.

Need to check dates on Yogurts. I opened Yogurt to find green mold. (May be they need to be kept cooler). Put me off eating.

Would definitely stay again

Lovely breakfast ; lovely meals in Restaurant;Lovely pleasant staff;

Desk staff knew nothing about the Cotswolds - where to go for trips etc. but young man did offer map of Bristol.

Not likely to book again, mainly due to the distance from the centre of Bristol

Food very good

Having asked for a smoking room was given the key to a non smoking room but must say this was quickly rectified

A very relaxing stay. The reception area and the bar area are very spacious. an enjoyable experience.

Overall value for money paid via booking on line at special pre- paid price. Liked the underground parking facility.Very good breakfast.

clean,comfortable,adequate for the price

Hint of smoke in room, a bit noisy in corridor and between rooms.
