overall pleasant experience with some room for improvement

friendly staff, stylish interior, good size rooms, quiet location

TV was not plugged inshower was not working 100% properly

Absolutely loved it, definately going to stay there again.

Got a really nice garden room, bed was huge, and very clean, shower was very new and stylish, as was the jacuzzi, excellent room, definately going to come back when we save up a bit more.

Only bad points i can think of were that the plug on the jacuzzi didnt quite fit, although we figured it was maybe to stop people leaving it running, but it was still fine.

good

rooms are clean and well presented, bathrooms lovely

not enough towels in bathroom and no glasses in bathroom. glad i wasnt sleeping on sofa bed as it needs renewed

Would certainly stay in the Wilson Suite again. Some other rooms were much smaller, apparently.

The room was spacious and grand. It felt special.

pleasant but beware of traffic wardens

overall very good breakfast excellent

46 steps to bedrooms which are cluttered with furniture difficult with baggage
