Good food

no parking, not possible to book extra bed thru booking system, the room was filthy,advertising as they got SPA -is a joke. a barrel of hot water is NOT A SPA!!!

Very noisy with a party and loud music going on in a room on Friday 20th February untill 4am. Police were called yet the very next night the same crowd were drunk and allowed to stay at hotel.Very poor parking facilities for a Hotel of its size.

Clean Hotel and very friendly staff. Always ready to answer any questions.

Drinks are a bit expensive. Was charged a differance of 30p between the two differant beers on draught. I found this very surprising. Hotel literature suggested sampling the local malt whisky Oban, yet there wasn't any and at the price of ��4:75 I wouldn't have paid for it anyway.

The hotel was fine but compared to 5* bad and breakfast where we had been staying for the rest of the holiday it was very over priced.

We enjoyed our stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Splendid location. Excellent breakfasts. Nice lounge.

Smallish room. Much publicised spa facilities are in fact nothing special - rather limited and very overcrowded.
