Bookin in process was ok, but room needed a complete makeover, wardrobe doors hanging of bathroom extremly small, shower curtain hanging off, sink cracked, clenliness poor and worse of all windows would not shut properly and road noise was terrible.I think that the hotel is going through a refurbishment, but at the time of my stay well you have read my comments.

Clenliness of room, facilliies in poor repair, nosie for road due to ill fitting windows, a double and single bed in the room single bed was infornt of the dresser and window, curtains pull cord did not work,ETC.

Brilliant would definately stay there again and would recommend it to other travellers to London.

The gentleman on reception was brilliant in helping me get parked and giving directions to the event I was attending in the evening. Receptionist in the morning was excellent ensuring my stay had been comfortable etcThe room was one of the newly refurbished ones and the standard of facilities in the room where excellent and done to a very high finish. Breakfast area was bright, fresh and very clean, well laid out. Service from the staff was brilliant.

Only thing I could fault (and it is a minor fault) was there was no mirror in the room other than in the bathroom, I did mention it to the receptionist in the morning and she told me that this was in hand as the purchase of some suitable mirrors had been made.
