Reasonable value for money but not worth paying the extra for an executive room.

Good location. Impressive foyer. Reception and bar staff very friendly and helpful.

Major building work underway surrounding hotel. Oppressively hot in self-service area of dining room. No air-conditioning in bedroom, just a fan and a restricted window, generally stuffy.

Had fantastic time, lovely modern Hotel. Would definitely stay again and recommend it although not a smoking room!

Fantastic location for CIA, shops, bars etc. Had no problem with staff or the bar as other people have mentioned.

My only bad point is the room although it was very clean and modern. Being a smoker I thought it would be fine to have a smoking room so I could enjoy a ciggie and a glass of wine whilst getting ready for a Concert. Big mistake. As soon as you opened the door the stale stench hit you. I rushed out to buy air freshners and plug-ins but nothing could get through it. The window only tilted slightly so that didn't help. Every time I left the Hotel I could smell it on me. Vile. Being a long-time smoker at 20 a day I didn't think it would bother me but I actually found it hard to sleep. Probably not a lot the Hotel could do and it is my fault for chosing a smoking room but just to let others know - Don't Do It!!
