Met our needs, but lacks charm.

Clean, smelt fresh. Well located.

Impersonal. We stayed in a 'King's room', but it was only a very small, basic room with a huge comfortable bed. The room decor and atmosphere does not do justice to the name.

Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean, friendly and comfortable and we would definitely stay there again.

There were no bad points.

Overall the standard was very good, we received good value for money and the location was ideal. We both said we would stay again.

The reception area very pleasant and staff were all very helpful and curtious

Having to to pay ��1 per suitcase for the hotel to look after them after check out! It cheapen the overall experience and makes it look like the Hotel is penny pinching (similiar to Ryan Air wanting to charge every little extra!) This facility should be part and parcel of the whole stay and found this annoying! - I have stayed in many hotels and never has one of them ever made such a charge. During breakfast, the staff seemed to be struggleing to keep up with demand at peak times! certain food selections were running out and not being replenished quickly enough; there didn't appear to be enough staff. One minor point, I checked in after 2 and still had to wait a short while for my room to be completely prepped. (I did notice that a charge would be made if I were to book out late; after 11pm)

I would stay again in this hotel, but not as a single because the single room was very small. The price (85 pounds per night) was ok for the services the hotel provides. More than that price, it would be exaggeration.

Most of the staff was very gentle. The room was very clean.

One person at the reception was rude. The breakfast was not good. The toilet of my room was very small and I could not open the window of the room.

If the staff were a litte more friendly and smiling, this stay would have been absolutely good.

The breakfast was very good and the dining and livingroom very nice and clean.

The staff didn��t smile at all. If you were 1 pound overweigh you would have truble in a bathroom this size.
