Good overall.

Lovely room, great location. Facilities all in working order. Staff pleasant and helpful with our requests.

Rooms overbooked- were given a double instead of twin room. Check in staff were not overly helpful.

We wanted a convenient and reasonable hotel near to the Dorchester, and it was exactly that. Our complaints are minor ones.

Very conveniently located. Helpful friendly staff at reception.

Room was small, and had an electric panel heater, presumably because the heating did not work. Some of the TV channels did not work, and we were unable to watch BBC News24.

STILL ALL IN ALL VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONENY, THE HOTEL COULD BENEFIT FROM A TOUGH REVIEW OF FACILITIES.

VALUE FOR MONEY. COSY. CENTRAL LOCATION.

THIS TIME THE AIRCONDITIONER DIDN'T WORK, IT GOT VERY COLD AT NIGHT. LAST TIME THE TOILET DIDN'T FLUSH.

The hotel is not of 4* standards whatsoever.

The staff was friendly

The facilities, spefically the hot water system was appauling! On one particulary winter morning, there was no hot water at all.
