Overall the room was of a good standard although breakfast should be inclusive

None really to speak of - but needed to extend stay over another night and was unable to get the same rate - it would also help if you provided late check out facility (some hotels offer this as part of the service if selected ie instead of 12 say until 3 or 4pm)

Excellent.We booked 4* but were upgraded to a 5* open plan suite on arrival!

Excellent 5* facilities.Spacious comfortable rooms. Situation very convenient for exploring Westminster. 5-10 minute walk from Vauxhall Tube Station.

Close to the main railway. Trains could be heard when window was open but hardly audible when window was closed. Did not affect sleep as air conditioning adequate without the need to open the window at night.

The consiage made the holiday work the meals including breakfast were poor we did stay in the suite which had a nice view the toiletrs were poor quality and the before dinner drinks andcanopies was dismal for a executive suite

Staff consiage brilliant

poor heating Buffet at breakfast was comparable to truckers caffe

London is very expensive compared to other cities so I dont feel one obtains value for money

clean and tidy

the executive room came with a bottle of water- I expected a large one as there were 2 of us staying and the complimentary fruit was 3 tiny pieces
