Enjoyable.We would definitely stay here again.

Ambience,cleanliness and excellent breakfast.Polite,efficient staff.Modern but cosy public areas.

Cold in the room and air conditioning noisy, blowing cold air.Disappointed that it was a smoking room - don't remember being given a choice!

Not as good as i had hoped. I booked a 'superior double' which this certainly was not and the request for a bath was overlooked. Not somewhere i would recommend to friends or work colleagues.

Good location, easy access, quiet and well insulated room

Heavy glass shower door fell off against me whilst I used the shower. Reported it the following morning but staff seemed unconcerned at the potential for serious accident. Otherwise, trays of room service leftovers were left in corridors for long periods of time (up to 12 hours), check in slow, general feeling of inadequate staffing. This may have been due to the New Year holiday period.

excellent choice of hotel, location great.relaxed atmosphere, will most certainly be staying in the future.

If we were able to check in on time, or offered a discount for the delay (which spoiled our afternoon's plans) I would stay at the hotel again and recommend it to friends and colleagues As it stands, I wouldn't.

Well located, stylish hotel with classy decor, very well laid out. Attentive staff and good ambience and atmosphere. 24 hour parking in Chiltern Street is a minute walk away.

Despite arriving at 2pm as advertised, no rooms were ready till 3:20. The luggage we stored during this wait had been opened and an item of clothing placed inside!!!
