The location was acceptable, but I would not stay there again unless the rooms were refurbished.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The lobby area was clean and enjoyable.

The carpet is very worn and dirty which probably accounts for the smell upon leaving the elevator. The beds are too soft, totally unacceptable. The toilet did not flush properly most of the time and made loud noises.

The hotel provided a perfect base for myself and my wife when we stayed on a long week-end. We would certainly use the hotel again and would recommend it to others. It was close to all the places we wished to visit.

very good would like a customer loyalty scheme in place as a regular user!

as always the rooms are clean and well decorated.lovley place to sleep

i wish that the check in was earlier in the day and not 2pm.we had to wait a longtime as we arrived at 11am.

excellent staff, great standard of rooms

internet not working in room and room very noisy due to street noise (rm236).To staff credit I was moved to quieter toom on 7th floor.

general public areas light and spacious. decent bathroom

room too small. very limited choice of beverages, only two tea bags, no decent coffee no fruit tea or chocolate.
