good service, clean room, nice bar and good breakfast.

nice "proper" size bath!

the tv remote didnt workthe hotel tried to charge my colleague and I more than was stated at time of booking. (12 pounds extra)

We have stayed at other Best Western Hotels and know what to expect. This hotel lived up to our expectations.

Pleasant atmosphere. Good Staff. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was clean etc. but the bathroom needs updating. Shower curtains are impractical and look "grubby". One would expect a separate shower in a hotel room these days.
