although breakfast was not brilliant, we did really enjoy our stay and would go back again. walk to the centre is about 15-20 mins, if you dont fancy the walk, the buses are excellent!

excellent check-in staff, very friendly and helpful. we were upgraded to en-suite and it was an excellent room - very comfy bed.

staff at breakfast were not too good - didnt get what was ordered as they got confused with our orders, we did enjoy what we got though.

Good place for staying in Nott.

Very friendly staff, good value for the money. Clean and appropiate facilities.

Location is not its main characteristic.

It was OK - the hotel was in a good location and the room met our requirements. It's just a shame that we had two nights without much sleep!

The room was clean and the bathroom / shower was really good.

We had two disturbed nights due to noisy neighbours in the room next door and above us. The former was watching television until 3am with the volume so loud we could hear every word.The latter seemed mostly to do with the the lack of carpet with which to absorb the noise of small children running around. We had very little contact with staff although they were friendly enough upon arrival.
