a pleasant hotel with friendly staff , a nice bar and the restaurant served good food

very clean hotel , pleasant and helpful staff , good food in restaurant

we had two children and the third bed was a mattress on the floor of our room which was not very comfy

Very effienct and well attented to

No food available after 9.45pm when we finished work plus unable to book drinks or meals to room

Very good.

We were staying as we were at a Take That concert, very impressed with being able to order a pizza on our return - excelleont idea and very nice. Room lovely and clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

will look to stay in hotel group again hope the standard in other hotels will be as high as this one

staff very nice room 410 was kept very clean no complaints
