Adequate..... I was most perturbed by the door with the sign on it that said " This door must be kept closed at all times" was open on the both occasions that I saw it!

nice receptionist, nice olde worldy hotel, nice location

room was a bit tired looking and not so much olde worldy just dated, needs renovated and upgraded to modern standards

Fine - good enough for the cash.

Largely very helpful and courteous staff, particularly on the phone in the run-up to check-in, and room was functional and quiet.

Poor bathroom with peculiar smell (not created by me), showerscreen that leaked all over the floor, and vile decor. One receptionist not the friendliest monkey in the zoo.

Good hotel. I would recommend it to others due to its proximity to shopping, dining, etc.

Comfortable, clean room. Great central location.

Toilet never flushed well.
