I was upgraded to a refurbished room which was very confortable. The value for money was excellent.The standard of food and service were also excellent.

Despite my room being recently refurbished the bath was dangerously damaged.

The outside appearance of the hotel is not welcoming.

Staff were polite and helpful in every respect and we asked for the manager to be made aware.The food was good, though the menu might have changes for those staying more than three nights.

Dining room staff were very helful providing low fat diet; the menu does not provide well for low fat requirements.

We had a great stay for a three star hotel your expectations are not too high however we were more impressed than we expected to be.

Location was fantastic - five minute stroll from the East Cliff and then ten minutes into Bournemouth Town Centre via the beautiful gardens. Great breakfast good service. We had a party in the evening at the hotel and that was really good.The family room was large enough for a family of four with two grown up children.

I guess the room was a little tired in decoration and the bathroom had a large window when you sat down to use the loo you were completely exposed to the rear gardens and passers by!
